Choosing A Home in Empire Pass at Deer Valley Resort®

Empire Pass is an area of Deer Valley ski resort that offers amazing ski homes for sale. The community is planned to include homes, lots, condos and townhomes. Most of the properties in Empire Pass enjoy direct ski-in, and ski-out access to the resort. The location of Empire Pass is in the western end of Deer Valley. View a detailed aerial .

The Village at Empire Pass is made up of luxury homes and ski-in/ski-out condos that surround the Silver Strike Express chairlift and the famed Tower Club of Talisker. The Larkspur townhomes offer great mountain views and although not directly ski-in, ski-out they are only steps form the runs accessed by heated pathways. A little larger than the condos in the area, these townhomes live more like a single family home. The Paintbrush luxury homes offer an even larger option with direct ski-in and ski-out access. These homes back right to the ski runs, and many of the Paintbrush homes enjoy great views.

The next phase of homes is located at the base of the popular Northside Express chairlift at Deer Valley Resort. Like the Village of Empire Pass, here too you wil find a selection of ski homes and condos for sale. The Belles at Empire Pass is a new development currently being built by the developer. This is one of the few locations to find new construction for sale. Bannerwood is a small enclave of homes and lots just above the Belles on the same street. Across from the chairlift and The Grand Lodge is the Nakoma ski-in, ski-out subdivision. These are also new construction homes being built by the developer and are available for sale. From Nakoma you can ski down to the Lady Morgan chairlift.

Further up the mountain past the Montage, will be the entrance to Red Cloud. Red Cloud is a private, gated community of ski-in, ski-out homesites and homes offering seclusion, a beautiful setting, and dramatic mountain and ski resort views. Red Cloud is often thought of as the pinnacle of real estate in Deer Valley.
