The Grand Summit Hotel is located in one of the best locations in the Canyons Resort Area. This property is slopeside and is at the base of the Flight of The Canyons Gondola and the new heated Orange Bubble Chairlift. Simply walk right out of the buildings door and get right on the chairlift, its that easy. At the end of the day you ski or board right back to the Hotel, or hang out outside the hotel at the newly created Canyons "Ski Beach". Just outside the Grand Summit is the Canyons Forum, which is a large outdoor gathering area where you can dine, drink, or simply enjoy the sun and outdoor weather. The Grand Summit was one of the first new properties built when the old ski resort Park West was purchased and was turned into The Canyons by American Skiing Company. The hotel was built in 2000 and inlcudes over 200 condos, with each having 4 shares of ownership (fractional interest), for over 800 owner shares.
